BioNeutralize, LLC ("BIO Entities" “the company," “we” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (defined below) we receive from Users of CertifiedCleanCar.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Sites. As used in this policy, the terms “using” and “processing” information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our third party fitness business affiliates, their agents or representatives within the United States or internationally.

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PROVIDED INFORMATION

Provided Information: When you engage in certain activities on the Site, we will ask you to provide information. This refers to information that you provide through the submittal of Forms (including your name and email). We may also collect Personal Information through other means including but not limited to your IP address. We also collect other information that you provide as part of your use of the Site (e.g. without limitation Vehicle Information and service related information).

2. INFORMATION SHARING

We do not share or sell your Provided Information with unaffiliated third parties. However, we may share your Provided Information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. We may also disclose your Personal Information as follows:

  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request​

 

Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information: We may share Anonymous Data with third parties at our discretion and we may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information and Log Data to third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes.

Third Party Contractors: We may employ third party companies and individuals to provide customer support or to facilitate our Site on our behalf, perform Site-related services (e.g. without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of our Site's features) or assist us in analyzing how our Site and Services are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

 

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement: We will cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and if necessary, private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of BioNeutralize, LLC or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

 

Business Transfer: We may sell, assign, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy without any disclosure to you or consent from you. In the event of our bankruptcy, reorganization, or receivership, or the application of laws affecting creditors’ rights, this Privacy Policy may not be applicable and we may not be able to control how your Personal Information is transferred, or used. In such case, we reserve the right to transfer Personal Information that we have collected from you to third parties.

 

International Information Processing & Transfer: Your information may be processed, updated, transferred, stored, and maintained on computer hardware and computer software at third-party locations outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside of the United States and choose to provide information to us, BioNeutralize, LLC transfers Personal Information to the United States and Romania and processes it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

 

3. LOG DATA: When you visit the Site, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type or the webpages that you were visiting before you came to our Site or over a period of time, pages of our Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site, services that you request through the Site and your interaction with users (where applicable), access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site and for the Site’s technical administration, to increase our Site's functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitor’s needs. We also use this information to verify that visitors to the Site meet the criteria required to process their requests. We treat Log Data as Personal Information, and we may aggregate, analyze and evaluate such information for the same purposes as stated above regarding other Provided Information.

 

4. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES:

We may use cookies, for example, to keep track of your preferences. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk. Our site contains electronic images known as web beacons (sometimes called single-pixel gifs) which may be placed by us or a third party and are usually used along with cookies to compile aggregated statistics to analyze how our site is used and may be used in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns. We do not tie the information gathered in web beacons to your Personal Information.

 

5. NO SPAM/YOUR CHOICE/OPT-OUT: You have a choice and can opt-out of any future email communication that we send you by simply NOT SUBMITTING EMAILS THROUGH THE SITE. You may not opt-out of transaction or service-related emails that are sent to you in response to your Form submission.

 

7. MISCELLANEOUS

Links to Other Websites: Our Site may include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of our Sites. If you submit Personal Information to any of those other websites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any website you visit.

 

Security: The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention: We will retain your information whether Provided and Personal Information for as long as reasonably needed to provide you with the services you request via the Sites.
